hi....i went to Iosis for a treatment in May...and was not at all happy with it. first of all i was made to wait for 15 min before being taken in for my service, inspite of taking a prior appt. when i asked for a reason for the wait....the girl at the reception behaved as if she was doing me a favour by answering me. Luckily my therapist was good at her job so that made it worth it. But the lady, i think she was the manager or something, at the reception was too much to take.
