The Sunset Room at the Sun-N-Sand Hotel used to be a celebrity haunt in its heyday. The stars may have moved on to newer pastures, but the quaint charm of this little restaurant remains intact. The restaurant is a room straight out of an exuberant countryside villa. The wooden panels, faded paintings in ornate frames and lush drapes transport you to a different world entirely.
The restaurant serves a multi-cuisine menu comprising of Continental, Indian and Chinese dishes. The Baked Crabs and Lobster Thermidor are the usual favourites. However, the most popular bill of fare is definitely the Steak, which is super. The preparation is authentic and a cosmopolitan connoisseur would not be disappointed.
