Radha Krishna or RK was once a run-of-the-mill, rustic vegetarian joint, serving food at nominal prices, until it was renovated. It now sports cushioned seating, ample but warm lighting and well-uniformed waiters. The food is still great although the rates have been hiked.
You can go in for the usual dosas and upmas if you want to go south. The dahi batata puri from the chat section is delectable. The place is popular for pav bhaji. For a meal, cheese makai balls, alu palak, dal tadka and a veg pulav will keep you happily satisfied.
Radha Krishna is good for family and friends alike. What is missing though is the heavily laden and tasty thali which was scrapped with the restaurant’s old, shoddy interiors.
