For all those starved for authentic Punjabi food, Punjab Lion Dhaba comes as a breath of fresh air. Clay lanterns and charpais add to the dhaba look-and-feel. What’s missing is a ‘tadka’ of Punjabi music!
The food has an enchanting aroma of fresh spices, specially handpicked from the Northern region of the country. Kukkad (Chicken) Pyaaz Lehsooni retains its flavour till the very last bite. The Kulcha, as the restaurant claims, is undoubtedly the best in the city. Subtly spiced Bhuna Paneer and Dal Makhani accentuate the taste of the kulchas. Wash it all down with a glass of cold lassi. Time to say goodbye to those red coloured gravies served in the name of Punjabi food! Reservations are accepted only on weekdays.

I am a sucker for Punjabi food and this place offers some real authentic stuff. the kebabs, naan, kulcha and paneer are delicious.
the only problem is that they don't serve beer.
