With all the bag and chappal vendors lining the footpath, you might just miss this tiny eatery, located around the corner that serves reasonable & yummy Lebanese food in Mumbai, not to mention the most refreshing iced tea.
A cosy establishment, Piccadilly sports comfortable wooden tables and chairs, packed together on the ground floor that’s a little larger than a living room. The mezzanine floor boasts of air-conditioning. The menu is taped to each table, but you’re offered a photo-menu with pictures of items – very thoughtful.
The grilled chicken items are incredibly tasty, and served with humus, garlic sauce, pita bread and pickled beetroot. The service is remarkable and the owner keeps the waiters on their toes. While a little far on the travel scale for surburbanities, Piccadilly is worth the journey.
