In 1995, when orchids were still a luxury, a restaurant by the same name was born. Every table at Orchids has ever since donned an orchid centre-piece and you’re also allowed to take a couple home.
Flat 10% discounts are offered to all regular patrons. The restaurant is tastefully lit and designed to maximise space, seating 140 covers at a time; most of them engaged in conversation and the others who drift off listening to instrumental versions of popular English songs.
As for the food, this restaurant offers premium Chinese fare. The chicken moon fan rice which is mushrooms like oyster, black fungus and regular button cooked in chicken and rice is savory. They also serve a wide range of Italian Cuisine.
Voted by many sites as one of the best multi-cuisine restaurants in the city, Orchids is definitely a contemporary dining experience.
