The successful hotelier duo of Rahul and Malini Akerkar recently opened a new branch of the Indigo Deli at Palladium, Lower Parel. The new Indigo Deli is much larger than its predecessor. The interiors are furbished with beautiful wooden panels and stone floors that resemble the Colaba deli.
Indigo Deli serves delicious breakfasts every morning, with a mix of home brewed coffees, imported cheese and over 50 varieties of special Indigo Deli jams. The menu for the meals includes contemporary choices from international cuisines. They serve single origin coffees, teas and wines. Several scrumptious favorites from the Colaba Deli and the Andheri Café are featured on their menu as well, including the beef burger and their thin-crust pizzas. The traditional Indigo Sunday brunch has been replicated here.
