The purple-themed CCD demands less attention than Barista’s bright pumpkin-orange scheme. The usual espressos, cappuccinos and lattes are available. Thrill seekers have an innovative menu to their disposal and can sample the coconutty concoction of kaapi nirvana and the non-dairy vegan shake.
With respect to the food, what CCD lacks in quality, it makes up for in quantity. The spinach-corn-cheese and chicken teriyaki sandwiches are recommended.
The service is good, except when they try to hard-sell cookies and mints to the patrons. Perfect for a quick espresso, to linger over a good book and hot cappuccino, to while time with friends and frappes, or just to rest your feet and your mind with a cool cremosa and warm sandwich.
